Meet Chancellor's House New Executive Chef Joel Miller
Oliver Hospitality is excited to announce the addition of Chef Joel Miller as the new Executive Chef of Chancellor's House. Chef Miller is no stranger to the Oxford community and brings with him extensive experience, unquestionable passion for his craft, as well as being a well-known face on the square.
For the past 15 years, Chef Miller owned and operated the renowned restaurant, Ravine, known for its attentive service, exciting food, and inviting atmosphere.
A Johnson & Wales University graduate, Chef Miller earned his Associate Degree in Culinary Arts but it was his real-world experience in kitchens across the globe that cultivated his distinctive cooking style and sharpened his techniques. Chef Miller spent much of his time exploring a wide variety of local and international cuisines, gaining fresh ideas and a wealth of experience alongside top-notch professionals.
His culinary journey took him from Charleston's southern comfort cuisine, to the vibrant multicultural Caribbean flavors and dishes of Puerto Rico. Ultimately, his Southern roots brought him back to Mississippi. With a commitment to creating refreshed, innovative menus that showcase locally-sourced ingredients and provide memorable dining experiences, we know that Chef Miller will once again delight Chancellor's House guests, as well as locals alike.
