Oliver Hospitality repositioned and upgraded the property in 2016 on behalf of a local ownership from an apartment to a design oriented short term rental property. The property earned accolades as Nashville’s first scaled-up self-check hotel. It’s become quite a popular destination hotel due to its creative and eclectic design and decorative details, every unit featuring a fully-functioning kitchen and sleeper sofa, along with its off-site but fully available, quick-turn concierge service.
